This is a nice little cozy condo that makes you feel right at home I love the outdoor patio. The location is perfect for everything easy to get on the highway close to shopping and most golf courses. Very well decorated, loved the outdoor space, nice touches, very clean and a great location since it is walkable to Old Town. My boyfriend and I spent 3 days at the house. Was our first Airbnb experience and we really enjoyed it. We had a very good time there and really liked the place.

The location is perfect, and the accommodation itself is amazing. We would always come back at the end of a long day feeling so at home. You will see why when you stay here. René and John go above and beyond. Not only were they right next door if we needed anything, but they would always ask if there was anything else we needed.

Loved staying at this condo. The mattress was a dream to sleep on, the furnishings are perfect for the space, and the home felt welcoming. The upgraded kitchen was really nice to use and the place was so clean! A bonus was the pool and hot tub - perfect to relax after a busy day. The unit itself is gorgeous, and very well decorated. This space is kind of secluded so it is nice and quiet. Yet it is very close to a grocery store, pharmacy and other stores. Inside, it is so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom. Everything is very clean. The bed is amazing.

The Boulders bungalow exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous apartment with spectacular mountain views. Mike and Colleen are great communicators and quick to respond. Highly recommend this great location. We arrived after dark at the Boulders. Our GPS app took us right to the address which was a good thing since it is very dark in this neighborhood.

Great place to stay in a perfect location, super close to old town and fashion square. The space was great with comfortable beds, great showers and a fully stocked kitchen. Large, clean, and perfectly located. This space was an ideal jumping off point for us as it is a bit north of the hustle and bustle of Scottsdale while still being right nearby all the action.
It also is easy to escape to any sites outside the side without having to deal with excessive traffic we visited Sedona and loved it. Condo is as described. I was traveling for business so didn't get a chance to really enjoy the area. One thing to note is there is no TV in the bedroom. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to groceries, cvs, orange theory and yoga. The unit is modern and spacious with every detail considered in advance. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Great host guide with detailed references for entertainment, food, etc. Lynne and Wally went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed to feel comfortable.
They had a sweet note and snacks available when we arrived. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash and detergent packs for the clothes washer were provided, as well as games to play with the family. They had a guest book with instructions and recommendations that was extremely helpful and organized. The unit was very clean and stylish. We could not have asked for better hosts! Bed is super comfortable. The lamps in the bedroom are almost like lava lamps- it's amazing.
The pool is a major bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Would definitely stay again! Side note- for the shower, turn the shower head slightly off to the left to avoid the water leaking onto the floor of the bathroom.

Old Town Scottsdale was about 2 miles away. Great, cozy, clean, quiet and convenient. We had a quick 1 night stay at this cute apartment. From the outside the building looks a little old, kind of like a motel, but the apartment is nicely renovated inside.
Shower does leak a little but otherwise no issues. Nice little balcony to sit in the sun with a drink. Nice location, close to restaurants and bars. Hosts were very responsive and super helpful with tips on where to eat and drink. Amazing decor, wonderful hosts very accommodating and friendly, would definitely stay here again!
Vince was an amazing host. He was available all the time if we needed anything. He was kind enough to bring us the pool key on Christmas. His place was beautiful and had a lot of amenities. The location was perfect. He was very thoughtful and we really enjoyed our stay. This property is a gem. It is in a great location, well maintained and is a restful space. We will definitely come back! Beautifully remodeled, everything is brand new. We spend 4 nights in this house and ready enjoyed our stay. This home is a gem! Six of us came for a relaxing bachelorette girls' weekend and the house provided everything we needed to make that happen. Between nearby hiking, yoga, and spa, we were able to relax by the pool, chill in the spacious living room, and have meals at the large dining table.
And the wine and snacks provided didn't hurt. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need. The condo is clean and comfortable. The internet works well. Plenty of games are available if you want to have a game night.
We enjoyed the community hot tub. We also enjoyed the community work out room. We had plans to play tennis, but never got around to it. The court looked nice and has lights for night play. The condo has a great location near a highway and so most activities are within a 20 minute drive or less in Phoenix, Tempe or Scottsdale. The Family all agrees we would stay here again.

We seem to be there at least once or twice a year. Thank you Rod and Debbie. Our stay at Rod and Debbie's place was amazing. They responded with warmth and kindness from the onset, setting the stage for a pleasant stay in a somewhat whirlwind work-related trip. Their space is warm and comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable and after long 12 hour day, it was great to come back to space that guaranteed a good rest.
Apart from the space itself, the amenities offered with the apartment community were wonderful. We enjoyed a long sit scottsdale singles bars the hot tub to soothe our aching bodies. This was our first time in Arizona and the location was prime.

The place is in a great location in Scottsdale. The grounds are nice and the condo is decorated very cutely. It is also quite spacious and the bed we used was comfortable. There was covered parking and the patio was a great place for early morning coffee.
The bathroom showers were in need of a good scrubbing. The kitchen needed work. There was half eaten ice cream in the freezer but no ice. There was opened lunch meat in the fridge. Many of the dishes and silverware were not clean. The drawers were full of miscellaneous things and were disorganized. But some things were missing, like a baking sheet and one of the oven shelves. Ariel is a great host. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed.

The place is beautiful! The bedroom closet made it so easy to unpack with numerous storage area and lots of places to hang my always over-packed clothes. It is close to so many things we enjoyed--top golf, baseball fields and real golf. We surprisingly loved the fuss-ball in the living area. We all gravitated towards it while waiting on someone. Rooms are upstairs down a long hallway very separate from the main part of the house which made for quiet sleeping for the kids while the adults hung out!
